We offer our customers the possibility to perform a range of light carpentry operations, providing a wide selection of state-of-the-art machines for high-quality processing, including sheet metal bending.
The in-air bending.
Air bending is performed using an upper punch that, as it descends, presses the sheet metal into a V-shaped lower die. During this process, the sheet metal has three points of contact with the machine: one on the upper punch and two on the die. The bending angle is determined by the depth to which the punch presses the sheet metal into the die.
Fold crusher mode.
The crushing bend method is used to fold the edge of a sheet metal up to 2,5 mm thick, creating a rounded edge that simultaneously strengthens the linear structure.
We are able to bend ferrous materials and stainless steel using this method, with a thickness of up to 2,5 mm and a length of 2,5 meters.
