Pre-washing.
Each individual piece destined for painting undergoes an initial treatment for preparation and pre-washing, thanks to the washing machines we have available.
Paint application.
We follow a precise preparation process for painting. From the application of the primer, done within 24 hours of cleaning the pieces, to the application of the paint, strictly water-based. Everything is applied using an airbrush to ensure high resistance to weather conditions and a top-quality finish.
We have dedicated an entire area exclusively to painting in order to create products with impeccable aesthetics. Thanks to our specialized staff and the use of water-based paints, we pursue our goal of maintaining high productivity while minimizing environmental impact. Quality, aesthetics, and sustainability are therefore at the core of our operations.
