Our policy for quality, health, and safety at work is a concrete action, deemed necessary and directly endorsed by the General Management, aimed at ensuring the effectiveness of the development program for our Integrated System, in order to achieve the set objectives.

How do we implement this policy?

Planning

The main objective is to plan our processes with a risk-based thinking (RBT) approach, in order to assess and address the risks associated with the processes, leverage and strengthen the identified opportunities, reduce accidents with or without injury, and ensure the availability of human and material resources of excellent quality.

Transparency

We want to maintain and strengthen the company’s image by verifying and seeking development opportunities, in addition to operating in full compliance with national and provincial legislation, in order to facilitate the management of activities in a regime of maximum transparency.

Control

We are committed to monitoring the implementation of the ISMS (Information Security Management System) and compliance with legislative and regulatory provisions regarding health and safety by using an appropriate system and defining relevant indicators.

Integrated Management System

We are committed to establishing an IMS (Integrated Management System) by providing the necessary human and instrumental resources, ensuring that it involves the entire company organization, from the employer to each individual worker, according to their roles and responsibilities.

Plan the activity

We plan the company’s activities, especially regarding workshop operations, by continuously consulting with our workers and, in particular, their Worker’s Safety Representatives.

Technological innovation

What we focus on the most is perfecting the activity by adapting the structure and system to the continuous technological innovations to meet customer needs, alongside providing modern and safe machinery.

Risk assessment

We are committed to making the work environment suitable for the needs and requirements of each individual, thus reducing the likelihood of accidents. Through our control system, the designated staff continuously monitors business processes, carefully planning production activities.

Verification of equipment and machinery

We pay great attention to the maintenance aspect and the quality of the machinery and equipment we are equipped with. We perform regular checks to ensure the proper functioning of the equipment and to avoid exposing ourselves to potential risks or damage.

Mandatory training

We have been able to renew and specialize ourselves to keep up with market demands and update production processes with a focus on continuous improvement. Our staff is properly trained to carry out tasks and use machinery and equipment correctly.
